Taking time to invest in your mental health and personal growth is one of the most valuable decisions you can make. My rates reflect the expertise and quality care provided as a Specialist Wellness Counsellor.
Session Rates
Individual Virtual Counselling

| Package of 5 Sessions | Up to 60 minutes each | €450 (save €50) |
Couples Counselling

Payment Terms
- Prepayment Required: Full payment is required to secure your appointment
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer or online payment platforms
- Invoices: Provided for all sessions
Health Insurance
Some health insurance plans may offer reimbursement for counselling services. I recommend contacting your provider to enquire about your specific coverage.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full session rate.
