It's the season to... just... BE!!!

Not Broken. Not Healed. Just... Here.

Sometimes healing doesn't feel like progress. It feels like floating. Like laughing at texts, showing up for work, replying "I'm fine"... while quietly wondering when life will start to feel like yours again.

You're not sad. But you're not joyful either. You're not falling apart. But you're not whole. You're just... here. Moving through the days. Waiting for clarity that doesn't come. Wondering if this is what growing up feels like. Wondering if anyone else feels this lonely.

If this resonates, you're not alone. This in-between space - this quiet, numb, functional survival - is real. It's not weakness. It's not failure. It's a sign that your nervous system is doing its best to keep you afloat.

You don't need to snap out of it. You need space to name it. To be witnessed in it. To know that even here, you are worthy of care.

Gentle ways to feel more like yourself again:

Name what's real

Write it down. Whisper it to a friend. Say it out loud in the shower. "I feel disconnected." "I'm tired of pretending." Naming it is the first step toward reclaiming it.

Create one small ritual

Light a candle at the same time each day. Stretch for 3 minutes before bed. Stir your tea while breathing deeply. Rituals remind your body that you're still here.

Let joy be tiny

Don't chase happiness. Look for glimmers: The way sunlight hits the floor. A meme that makes you snort. The smell of toast. Let small joys count.

Move your body gently

Not to fix anything - just to feel it again. A walk. A wiggle. A dance in the kitchen. Movement helps emotions find their way out.

Ask for connection, not solutions

"Can you sit with me while I feel this?" "Can you remind me I'm not alone?" You don't need advice. You need presence.

If you're in this season, you are seen...
